Project Background:
LAWSON was founded in 1939 in Ohio, USA. It entered the Japanese market in 1975 and fully launched its business in Japan as a professional chain convenience store company. In addition to Japan and China, LAWSON now has several stores in Indonesia, the United States, Thailand and the Philippines.
In China, LAWSON entered Shanghai in 1996 as a foreign chain convenience store. It continues to expand. By 2023, the number of LAWSON stores in China has officially reached 6,000. With the increase of the number of stores, the headquarters will finally promote the monitoring and control of electricity consumption of each store to ensure reliable, safe, economical, efficient and low-carbon electricity consumption of each store.
Project Overview
This project plans to build a micro-grid energy efficiency management platform, an energy consumption platform for centralized monitoring, unified management, unified charging, unified alarm reception, reduce the maintenance workload.
Unified management & dynamic assessment
Headquarters platform can seamlessly for each store, each store independent statistics management, examination of electricity costs; The headquarters dynamically evaluates each store through a large platform, and different stores of different types have different assessment standards to realize the mode of zoning + centralized management.
Fault prediction & Hidden trouble prediction
The platform can effectively solve the problems that stores cannot immediately check electrical hidden dangers with the naked eye and it is difficult to inspect hidden engineering hidden dangers, and send early warning information to managers to eliminate potential safety hidden dangers.
Intelligent service platform integrating measurement, control, management and maintenance
For stores with different operation modes, the platform sets different monitoring and management modes to reduce the workload of operation and maintenance personnel.
